Gündem'in "Kar Dağıtım Politikası" çerçevesinde hazırlanan Şirket Yönetim Kurulu'nun 2018 hesap dönemine ilişkin kar dağıtımı ile ilgili olarak aldığı teklif kararının 2018 hesap dönemine ait Bağımsız denetim raporunda görüş bildirilmekten kaçınılması nedeniyle bu konudaki oylamanın TTK'nun 403/5. Maddesindeki öngörülen prosedürün uygulanmasından sonra yapılmasına oy birliği ile karar verildi.
