Yönetim Kurulu'nun 2018 yılı faaliyetleri sonucu oluşan zarar sebebiyle kar dağıtımı yapılamayacağı hususundaki teklifi okundu; 2018 yılı faaliyetleri sonucu oluşan zarar sebebiyle kar dağıtımı yapılamayacağına, 36.700.375 TL olan 2018 yılı mali zararının geçmiş yıl zararları hesabına aktarılmasına yapılan oylama neticesinde mevcudun oy birliği ile karar verildi.

2018 yılı faaliyetleri sonucunda SPK mevzuatına göre (173.970.545) TL, Yasal kayıtlara göre (36.700.375) TL zarar oluştuğu için kar dağıtımı yapılmaması teklifinin Genel Kurul'a iletilmesine,karar verilmiştir.
