Maddesi uyarınca; Şirketimiz çıkarılmış sermayesinin, 6.000.000.000 TL kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde kalacak şekilde 1.052.867.611,84 TL artırılarak 263.216.902,96 TL'den TL 1.316.084.514.80 TL ‘ye çıkarılması dolayısıyla; Şirketimizin Esas Sözleşmesinin "Sermaye ve Paylar " başlıklı 6.maddesinde yapılan değişiklik, İstanbul Ticaret Sicili Müdürlüğü tarafından 27.10.2025 tarihinde tescil edilmiş, tescile ilişkin ilan 27.10.2025 tarih ve 11445 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesinde yayımlanmıştır.
