It was announced in our Company's material event disclosure dated 17.09.2024 that the tender bid submitted by our wholly owned subsidiary BIRLESIM LLC for the Uzbekistan Talimarjon Power Plant Generation Efficiency Improvement - HVAC Installation Project was concluded in favour of BIRLESIM LLC.

Within the scope of the foretold Project, today (22.10.2024) the final contract has been signed between BIRLESIM LLC and Çalık Enerji San. ve Tic. A.Ş.

The contract amount for Stage-1 HVAC installation works is 790.000-USD (excluding VAT ).

With current f/x rates, the total amount of the contract is 32.404.631-TL (including VAT ) and the project is planned to be finalized within 6 months.
