In our Company's material event disclosure dated 17.09.2024, it was announced that the bid submitted for the Ankara Balgat Turkuvaz Media Central Building Mechanical Installaton Works tender was concluded in favour of our Company.

The employer of the relevant project, Turkuvaz Haberleşme ve Yayıncılık A.Ş., has been replaced by Esla Mühendislik Elektrik Elektronik İnş. Taah. Tic. A.Ş. , ("Esla Mühendislik") and the final contract regarding the project has been signed between our Company and Esla Mühendislik today (26.11.2024).

The contract amount for the Ankara Balgat Turkuvaz Media Central Building Mechanical Installaton Works is a total of 84.000.000-TL (VAT included ) and the project is planned to be completed within 6 months.
