Şirketimiz'in 10.03.2025 tarihli özel durum açıklamasında, Equinix Data Center Projesi IL04 ve IL03 Elektrik Tesisat İşleri ihalesinin bağlı ortaklığımız Erde Mühendislik San. ve Tic. A.Ş. lehine sonuçlandığı duyurulmuştu.

İlgili proje ile ilgili bugün (10.04.2025) Rönesans Endüstri Tesisleri İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ile 3.905.851,00 USD (KDV Hariç) ve 281.161.043,33 TL (KDV Hariç) bedelle sözleşme imzalanmıştır.

10 ay içinde tamamlanması planlanan projenin s özleşme bedeli güncel kurla toplam 515.500.093,00 TL (KDV Dahil) 'dir.

In our Company's material event disclosure dated 10.03.2025, it was announced that the tender of Equinix Data Center Project IL04 and IL03 Electrical Installation Works was concluded in favour of our wholly owned subsidiary Erde Mühendislik San. ve Tic. A.Ş.

Accordingly, a contract was signed today (10.04.2025) with Rönesans Endüstri Tesisleri İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. for the project for a price of 3.905.851,00 USD (Excluding VAT) and 281.161.043,33 TL (Excluding VAT).

The project is planned to be completed within 10 months and the contract price is 515.500.093,00 TL (VAT included) at the current exchange rate.
