Şirketimiz ve bağlı ortaklığımız Erde Mühendislik San. ve Tic. A.Ş. ("Erde Mühendislik") ile Cevahir Yapı Sanayi Turizm ve Ticaret A.Ş. arasında İstanbul Uluslararası Finans Merkezi 3328 Ada 7 parsel Borsa İstanbul Binası Fit-Out projesi Mekanik ve Elektrik Tesisat Taahhüt İşleri ile ilgili olarak bugün (30.04.2025) bir sözleşme imzalanmıştır.

İmzalanan sözleşme bedeli şirket bazında;

Şirketimiz için 2.611.366,34-ABD Doları (KDV Hariç) ve 139.554.560,37-TL (KDV Hariç),

Erde Mühendislik için 4.243.112,92-ABD Doları (KDV Hariç) ve 129.914.222,89-TL (KDV Hariç),

olmak üzere toplam 6.854.479,26-ABD Doları (KDV Hariç) ve 269.468.783,26-TL (KDV Hariç) tutarındadır.

Güncel döviz kuru ile sözleşme bedelleri toplamı 639.628.212,97-TL (KDV Dahil) olup projenin 8 ay içinde tamamlanması planlanmaktadır.

Our Company and its wholly owned subsidiary Erde Mühendislik San. ve Tic. A.Ş. ("Erde Mühendislik") have signed a contract today (30.04.2025) with Cevahir Yapı Sanayi Turizm ve Ticaret A.Ş. regarding mechanical and electrical installation works for Istanbul International Finance Center 3328 Block 7 Parcel Stock Exchange Building Fit-Out project.

The signed contract price on a company basis is,

2.611.366,34 USD (excluding VAT) and 139.554.560,37 TL (excluding VAT) for our Company and

4.243.112,92 USD (excluding VAT) and 129.914.222,89 TL (excluding VAT) for Erde Mühendislik

constituting a total of 6.854.479,26-USD (excluding VAT) and 269.468.783,26-TL (excluding VAT).

With current exchange rate, total contract price is 639.628.212,97 TL (including VAT) and the project is planned to be completed within 8 months.
