Our Company and its wholly owned subsidiary Erde Mühendislik San. ve Tic. A.Ş. ("Erde Mühendislik") have signed a contract today (06.05.2025) with REC Uluslararası İnşaat Yatırım Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. regarding mechanical and electrical installation works for Ankara Courthouse A&TA&O Blocks project.

The signed contract price on a company basis is,


9.656.326,63 USD (excluding VAT) and 515.079.967,32 TL ( excluding VAT) for our Company,

3.418.354,89 USD ( excluding VAT) and 332.437.851,88 TL ( excluding VAT) for Erde Mühendislik



constituting a total of 13.074.681,52-USD (excluding VAT) and 847.517.819,20-TL (excluding VAT).

With current exchange rate, total contract price is 1.622.640.631,05 TL (including VAT).
