(A MEMBER FIRM OF DFK INTERNATIONAL) tarafından bağımsız denetimi yapılan 01.01.2016-31.12.2016 hesap dönemine ait konsolide finansal tablolarına göre -22.767.333,00 -TL Net Dönem Zararı oluşmuştur. T.T.K. ve 213 sayılı Vergi Usul Kanunu'na (yasal kayıtlar) göre düzenlenen finansal tablolarına göre -18.872.555,67 TL . Net Dönem Zararı oluşmuştur. Hem SPK'ya göre hem de yasal kayıtlara göre dağıtılacak kar olmadığı için kar dağıtılmaması hususunun Genel Kurula teklif edilmesine karar verilmiştir.
