• Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II-14.1 sayılı tebliğ hükümleri uyarınca düzenlenen konsolide mali tablolara göre vergi sonrası 60.331.101 TL,
• Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve 213 sayılı Vergi Usul Kanunu'nun (VUK) ilgili hükümleri çerçevesinde düzenlenen Deva Holding'in bireysel mali tablolarına göre 74.491.765 TL kâr ile sonuçlandığı,
Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II-14.1 sayılı tebliğ hükümleri uyarınca düzenlenen konsolide mali tablolara ve Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve 213 sayılı Vergi Usul Kanunu'nun ilgili hükümleri çerçevesinde düzenlenmiş olan Deva Holding'in bireysel mali tablolarına göre 01.01.2016 – 31.12.2016 faaliyet döneminde oluşan kâr, geçmiş yıl zararlarına (VUK mali tablolarına göre) mahsup edileceğinden kâr dağıtımının mümkün olmadığı hususunun Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
