Pursuant to Capital Markets legislation, our application for issuance of debt instruments amounting up to 1 billion and 500 million nominal value for sale without public offer was accepted by Capital Markets Board with its decision numbered 49/1025 dated 24.08.2023 and The application form, Issuance Certificate and Annex to the Issuance Certificate in relation to this offering is attached. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
