- TFRS'ye uygun olarak hazırlanan finansal tablolara göre 504.152.941,00.- TL tutarında "Net Dönem Karı" oluşmuş olup bu tutardan TTK'nun 519. maddesi uyarınca yasal sınıra ulaşıldığından 1. tertip yedek akçe ayrılmamıştır. 01.01.2023-31.12.2023 hesap dönemine ilişkin ödenen 359.691.008,85 TL kâr payı avansları düşüldükten ve 2023 yılında yapılan 7.251.219,20 TL tutarında "Bağışlar" ilave edildikten sonra, 151.713.151,35 TL Kar Payı Avansı Düşülmüş Net Dağıtılabilir Dönem Karı olduğu görülmüştür.

- Yasal Kayıtlara göre tutulan ve enflasyona göre düzeltilmemiş 01.01.2023 – 31.12.2023 hesap dönemine ait "Dönem Vergi Gideri" ayrıldıktan sonra 1.141.450.788,22 TL tutarında "Net Dönem Karı" oluşmuş olup bu tutardan TTK'nun 519. maddesi uyarınca yasal sınıra ulaşıldığından 1.tertip yedek akçe ayrılmamıştır. 01.01.2023 - 31.12.2023 hesap dönemine ilişkin ödenen 359.691.008,85 TL kar payı avansları bu tutardan düşüldükten sonra 781.759.779,52 TL tutarında Kar Payı Net Dağıtılabilir Dönem Karı oluştuğu görülmüştür.

- 01.01.2023-31.12.2023 hesap dönemine ait Yasal Kayıtların esas alınması, 550.000.000 TL kar payı dağıtılması, Esas Sözleşme ve TTK uyarınca; 90.564.196,92 genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrılmasına, brüt 550.000.000 -TL'nin; 80.980.793,82 TL sermayeyi temsil eden hisse senedi sahiplerine hisse başına brüt 6,7917 TL ( hisse başına brüt % 679.17338), hisse başına net 6.1125 TL (hisse başına net % 611.25604 TL) tutarında Kâr Payı ödenmesine, kar dağıtımından sonra kalan kısmın geçmiş yıl kar ve zararları olarak ayrılmasına ayrıca; ödenecek olan kar payının Şirketin TFRS'ye uygun finansal tablolarında geçmiş yıl karlarından karşılanmasına, Kar payının 25 Haziran 2024 ve 26 Ağustos 2024 tarihlerinde iki taksit olarak ödenmesi önerisi Genel Kurul tarafından kabul edilmiştir.
