Yenilenebilir enerji sektöründeki küresel dönüşüm ve artan enerji depolama ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda, Europower Enerji A.Ş.'nin %60 oranında bağlı ortaklığı ve Girişim Elektrik A.Ş.'nin dolaylı bağlı ortaklığı PEAK PV olarak stratejik bir üretim yatırımına başlama kararı aldığımızı kamuoyuyla paylaşmaktan memnuniyet duyarız.

Bu kapsamda, yıllık 2 GWh üretim kapasitesine ulaşacak şekilde tasarlanan Cell-to-Pack paketleme tesisinin yanı sıra; şebeke ölçekli enerji depolama sistemleri (BESS) için rack ve konteyner üretim hatları ile ticari ve endüstriyel (C&I) uygulamalara yönelik elektro montaj hatlarının kurulumu planlanmaktadır. Yatırımımız, enerji depolama çözümlerinde yerli üretim yetkinliğimizi güçlendirmenin yanı sıra, PEAK PV'yi bölgesel ve uluslararası pazarlarda rekabetçi bir oyuncu haline getirme hedefimizin önemli bir adımıdır.

Kurulacak paketleme tesisinde, daha önce iş birliği anlaşmaları imzalanmış olan prismatic tip 1C ve blade tip 0,5C yeni nesil hücreler aktif biçimde kullanılabilir olacaktır. Bu sayede tesis, hem iç pazarda artan 1C proje ihtiyaçlarını karşılayacak, hem de Avrupa pazarındaki 0,5C odaklı projelere yönelik esnek ve ölçeklenebilir çözümler sunacaktır. Kurulum, devreye alma, test, prototip üretim ve belgelendirme süreçlerinin 2026 yılının ilk çeyreği sonunda tamamlanması planlanmaktadır.

Tesisin kurulacağı bina mevcut durumda kullanıma hazırdır. Paketleme tesisi ve diğer montaj hatlarına ilişkin detay tasarım ve yerleşim planlarının tamamlanmasının ardından altyapı çalışmalarına başlanacaktır. 2025 yılı sonuna kadar tüm hazırlıkların ve makine-ekipman tedarik süreçlerinin tamamlanması, ardından montaj ve üretim hatlarının kurulumu öngörülmektedir.

Grubumuz tarafından lisanslı olarak Türkiye'de hayata geçirilecek 650 MWh kapasiteli stand-alone depolama projesine ait tüm ilgili ekipmanların üretimi de bu tesiste gerçekleştirilecektir.

Bu yatırımla birlikte PEAK PV, Europower Enerji ve Girişim Elektrik ortaklığı; enerji depolama sistemleri alanında üretim ve mühendislik kabiliyetlerini daha da ileriye taşıyarak hem Türkiye'de hem de Avrupa pazarında büyük ölçekli projelerin öncelikli çözüm ortağı ve lider sistem entegratörü olma hedefi güçlü şekilde devam edecektir. Teknolojik yetkinlik, yerli üretim ve küresel vizyonla büyüme stratejisini temel alan iş birliğimiz, sürdürülebilir enerji dönüşümünde yerli üretimi güçlendirerek ve küresel rekabetçilik temelinde tüm paydaşlara sürdürülebilir değer yaratacaktır.

In line with the global transformation in the renewable energy sector and the growing demand for energy storage, we, as PEAK PV, are pleased to announce our decision to commence a strategic production investment.

Within this scope, we are planning to establish a Cell-to-Pack assembly facility designed to reach an annual production capacity of 2 GWh, alongside production lines for racks and containers for grid-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), as well as electro-assembly lines for commercial and industrial (C&I) applications. Our investment represents an important step not only in strengthening our domestic production capabilities in energy storage solutions, but also in positioning PEAK PV as a competitive player in regional and international markets.

In the planned assembly facility, advanced prismatic type 1C and blade type 0.5C cells, for which cooperation agreements have already been signed, will be actively utilized. In this way, the facility will be able to meet the increasing demand for 1C projects in the domestic market while also offering flexible and scalable solutions tailored to the 0.5C-focused projects in the European market. Installation, commissioning, testing, prototype production, and certification processes are planned to be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2026.

The building where the facility will be established is currently ready for use. Following the completion of detailed designs and layout plans for the assembly facility and other production lines, infrastructure works will commence. All preparations and procurement processes for machinery and equipment are expected to be finalized by the end of 2025, followed by the installation of the assembly and production lines.

All relevant equipment for our Group's 650 MWh stand-alone energy storage project to be implemented in Türkiye will also be manufactured at this facility.

With this investment, the partnership between PEAK PV, Europower Enerji, and Girişim Elektrik aims to further enhance production and engineering capabilities in the field of energy storage systems. Our strong ambition is to continue positioning ourselves as the preferred solution partner and leading systems integrator for large-scale projects both in Türkiye and in the European market.
