Şirketimizin 13.05.2025 tarihinde yapılan Genel Kurul Toplantısında, Şirketimizin 2025 yılı hesap dönemi finansal raporlarının denetlenmesi için bağımsız denetim kuruluşu olarak PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş.'nin seçilmesine ilişkin karar İstanbul Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü tarafından 10.06.2025 tarihinde tescil edilmiş ve 12.06.2025 tarih, 11349 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesinde ilan edilmiştir.

İşbu açıklamanın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir

At the General Assembly Meeting of our Company held on 13.05.2025 the resolution regarding the selection PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. as the independent audit firm for the audit of the financial reports of our Company for the fiscal year 2025 was registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on 10.06.2025 and announced in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 12.06.2025 and numbered 11349.

The English translation of this disclosure is attached hereto and in case of any discrepancy in the texts of the disclosure, the Turkish disclosure shall prevail.
