Additional Explanations

In accordance with the provisions of the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on the Principles of Financial Reporting in Capital Markets (Serial II, No. 14.1) and the Communiqué on the Principles of International Financial Reporting, our Company's consolidated balance sheet for the accounting period 01.01.2025–31.12.2025 has been prepared in compliance with the Turkish Accounting Standards ("TAS") enacted by the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority ("POA") and audited by PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. the consolidated financial statements show a net loss attributable to the parent company amounts to TRY 2,823,797,886. In our standalone statutory records prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Tax Procedure Law (V.U.K.), a net loss of TRY 2,094,274,031 for the period and prior years' losses amounting to TRY 326,705,032 are recorded. Accordingly, it has been unanimously resolved to propose to the Ordinary General Assembly that the net loss for the year 2025 be transferred to prior years' losses and that no dividend distribution be made.

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
