The share buy-back transaction made on 27.02.2025 in accordance with the share buy-back program approved by the Extraordinary General Assembly resolution dated 31.01.2025 is shown in the table.
On 27.02.2025, 102,045 shares were bought-back from the TL 6.77-6.85 price range (average TL 6.825) and the GEDIK shares owned by our Company within the scope of this buy-back program reached 3,001,607 shares (0.30% of the Company's capital).
