The share buy-back transaction made on 04.03.2025 in accordance with the share buy-back program approved by the Extraordinary General Assembly resolution dated 31.01.2025 is shown in the table.
On 04.03.2025, 200,000 shares were bought-back from the TL 6.87-6.92 price range (average TL 6.896) and the GEDIK shares owned by our Company within the scope of this buy-back program reached 3,380,612 shares (0.34% of the Company's capital).
