The share buy-back transaction made on 06.03.2025 in accordance with the share buy-back program approved by the Extraordinary General Assembly resolution dated 31.01.2025 is shown in the table.
On 06.03.2025, 135,940 shares were bought-back from the TL 7.11-7.19 price range (average TL 7.132) and the GEDIK shares owned by our Company within the scope of this buy-back program reached 3,529,450 shares (0.35% of the Company's capital).
