The share buy-back transaction made on 11.03.2025 in accordance with the share buy-back program approved by the Extraordinary General Assembly resolution dated 31.01.2025 is shown in the table.
On 11.03.2025, 120,598 shares were bought-back from the TL 7.40-7.56 price range (average TL 7.478) and the GEDIK shares owned by our Company within the scope of this buy-back program reached 3,766,748 shares (0.38% of the Company's capital).
