Şirketimiz Yatırımcı İlişkileri Bölümü Yöneticisi ve Kurumsal Yönetim Komitesi Üyesi Sayın Melek Melis Taşkanal Işık'ın 20.03.2025 tarihi itibarıyla görevinden ayrılması nedeniyle, yerine Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu Kurumsal Yönetim Tebliği (II-17.1)'nin 11. Maddesi kapsamında Sayın Burak Ünal'ın 20.03.2025 tarihi itibarıyla Yatırımcı İlişkileri Müdürü olarak atanmasına ve Kurumsal Yönetim Komitesi Üyesi olarak görevlendirilmesine karar verilmiştir.

Dear Stakeholders,

Due to the resignation of Mrs. Melek Melis Taşkanal Işık, our Company's Investor Relations Department Administrator and Corporate Governance Committee Member, as of 20.03.2025, it has been decided to appoint Mr. Burak Ünal as Investor Relations Manager as of 20.03.2025 and to appoint him as a Corporate Governance Committee Member in accordance with Article 11 of the Capital Markets Board Corporate Governance Communiqué (II-17.1).

It is respectfully announced to the public.
