Dear Stakeholders;

In the material event disclosure of our Company dated 12.03.2025, it has been announced that it has been decided to increase the issued capital of our wholly owned subsidiary Marbaş Menkul Değerler AŞ (Marbaş Menkul) from TL 150,000,000 to TL 360,000,000 and that the increased capital of TL 210,000,000 will be covered from internal resources and that Marbaş Menkul has applied to the Capital Markets Board for permission for capital increase on 12.03.2025.

The application of Marbaş Menkul Değerler AŞ regarding the capital increase was approved by the CMB on 21.03.2025.

Developments about the process will be shared with the public in the coming period.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail
