Dear Stakeholders;

In our Company's material event disclosure dated 21.03.2025, it was announced that the application made by Marbaş Menkul Değerler AŞ (Marbaş Menkul) to the Capital Markets Board regarding the increase of the issued capital of our wholly-owned subsidiary Marbaş Menkul from TL 150,000,000 to TL 360,000,000 and to cover the increased capital of TL 210,000,000 from internal resources, was approved.

The new version of Article 6 of the Articles of Association regarding the capital, which was amended within the scope of increasing the issued capital of Marbaş Menkul from TL 150,000,000 to TL 360,000,000 was registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on 25.03.2025 and announced in the TTRG.

It is respectfully announced to the public.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail
