The share buy-back transaction made on 28.03.2025 in accordance with the share buy-back program approved by the Extraordinary General Assembly resolution dated 31.01.2025 is shown in the table.
On 28.03.2025, 200,000 shares were bought-back from the TL 7.74-7.98 price range (average TL 7.855) and the GEDIK shares owned by our Company within the scope of this buy-back program reached 5,181,443 shares (0.52% of the Company's capital).
It is respectfully announced to the public.
