oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Sayın Paydaşlarımız, Şirketimizin %55,79 oranında bağlı ortaklığı olan "Turpe Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş."("Turpe") Yönetim Kurulu tarafından şirketin mevcut faaliyet yapısının "Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı" statüsünden çıkarılarak, Türk Ticaret Kanunu hükümlerine tabi bir anonim şirket olarak faaliyetlerine devam etmesine karar verildiği ve bu kapsamda gerekli SPK başvurusunun yapıldığı bilgisi Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu (KAP) aracılığıyla 19.09.2025 tarihinde duyurulmuştu. "Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı" statüsünden çıkma amacıyla esas sözleşme değişikliğine izin verilmesi talebi SPK tarafından olumlu karşılanmış olup, unvan değişikliği için SPK'dan onay alınmıştır. Süreçle ilgili gelişmeler kamuoyuna duyurulacaktır. Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.		Dear Stakeholders, Our company's 55.79% subsidiary, "Turpe Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş." ("Turpe"), had announced via the Public Disclosure Platform (PDP) on 19.09.2025 that its Board of Directors resolved to terminate its current status as a "Venture Capital Trust" and continue its operations as a joint-stock company subject to the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code, and that the necessary application had been submitted to the Capital Markets Board (CMB). The request for approval of the amendment of the article of association in order to exit the "Venture Capital Trust" status has been positively received by the CMB, and approval for the change of the company's title has been obtained from the CMB. Developments regarding the process will be shared with the public in the coming period. It is respectfully announced to the public. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
