Based on our application made by our company regarding the issuance of debt instruments up to a nominal amount of TL 982,000,000 to be sold to qualified investors without being offered to the public, taking into account the debt instruments with less than 2 months to maturity as of the application date, the following decision was taken at the Capital Markets Board meeting dated 01.09.2022 and numbered 47/1292: 1) By taking into account the debt instruments in circulation with less than 2 months to redemption as of the application date in the calculation of the issue limit, an issue ceiling of 982.000.000 TL is given and the issuance documents containing an issue ceiling of 982.000.000 TL is approved, 2) The approved issuance document containing the issuance ceiling of 335.000.000 TL will be granted to our company at the first stage, 3) The approved issuance document containing the issue ceiling of 647.000.000 TL will be delivered after the information and documents supporting the redemption of the debt instruments amounting to 647.220.000 TL are submitted to the Capital Markets Board. The supporting information and documents regarding the redemption of the debt instruments completed by our Company on 21.09.2022 were submitted to the Capital Markets Board, and the issuance document approved by the Capital Markets Board containing the issue ceiling amounting to TL 647,000,000 is located in the attached document Regards.
