As a result of the study conducted by Kobirate Uluslararası Kredi Derecelendirme ve Kurumsal Yönetim Hizmetleri A.Ş. to determine the level of compliance of our Company's practices with the "Capital Markets Board Corporate Governance Principles", our Company's Corporate Governance Principles Compliance Rating Grade for the period of 17.08.2023 - 17.08.2024 was determined as 9.52. Rating study in main headings; a score of 93.85 were obtained from the Shareholders section, 99.32 from the Public Disclosure and Transparency section, 95.71 from the Stakeholders section and 93.13 from the Board of Directors section.

Explanation of the grade received;

The Company achieved substantial compliance with the Corporate Governance Principles published by the Capital Markets Board of Turkey. Any risks which the Company might be exposed are identified and controlled effectively. Shareholders' rights are protected and oversighted. There is high level of public disclosure activities and transparency. Stakeholders' rights are protected and oversighted. The structure and working conditions of the Board of Directors are in compliance with corporate governance principles although some minor improvements are needed in compliance with the Corporate Governance Principles even though they do not contain major risks.
