It was announced with our Bank's public disclosure that, on its meeting held on August 16, 2023, the Board of Directors has resolved to issue borrowing instruments upto the value of TL 5.476.000.000,00 for no longer than 2 years maturity, with different maturities and fixed and/or floating interest rates to be determined at the time of issuance in accordance with market conditions, to be sold within Turkey to qualified investors in TL denomination and the relevant application process related to the transaction had been initiated with the Capital Markets Board. It was announced in the weekly bulletin of the Capital Markets Board ("CMB") numbered 71/2023 that the above-mentioned application has been approved for upto the amount of TL 5.476.000.000,00 by the CMB.
