Fitch Ratings has upgraded Garanti BBVA Factorings's Long-Term Foreign Currency and Local-Currency Issuer Default Ratings (IDRs) to "BB-" from "B" and to "BB-" from "B+", respectively and revised the Outlooks to "Stable" from "Positive" on September 17, 2024.
