Pursuant to its resolution dated 04/04/2025, our Board of Directors resolved on the filing of the necessary applications for increasing the Company's authorized capital ceiling of TL 397,500,000, which was valid for the period 2021–2025, to TL 5,000,000,000 to cover the period between 2025–2029, since the validity period of the registered capital ceiling expires in 2025, and on the amendment of Article 6 of the Company's Articles of Association in this regard. In line with this decision, an application was submitted to the Capital Markets Board on 07/04/2025.
