In order to determine the level of compliance between our company and the "Capital Markets Board Corporate Governance Principles", Kobirate Uluslararası Kredi Derecelendirme ve Kurumsal Yönetim Hizmetleri A.Ş. Based on the annual contract signed as of 20.06.2025, our Company's Corporate Governance Principles Compliance Rating score for the period 15.08.2025 - 15.08.2026 was determined as 9.58, as a result of the study carried out for 2025.

Rating study in main headings; a score of 93.85 were obtained from the Shareholders section, 99.32 from the Public Disclosure and Transparency section, 97.51 from the Stakeholders section and 93.96 from the Board of Directors section.

Explanation of the grade received;

It demonstrates that the Company complies to a great extent with the Corporate Governance Principles published by the Capital Markets Board. Risks that may arise for the company have been identified and can be controlled. Public disclosure activities and transparency are at  high level. The rights of shareholders and stakeholders are fairly considered. The structure and working conditions of the board of directors are largely compatible with corporate governance principles.

When Garanti BBVA Factoring's activities for the last year are examined, it is observed that it continues to comply with the corporate governance principles.

In conclusion; This score indicates that our Company deserves to be included in the BIST Corporate Governance Index at a high level.
