Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II-19.1 Kâr Payı Tebliği ve Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun kar dağıtımına ilişkin olarak aldığı kararlar uyarınca, Şirketimizin 2017 yılı faaliyetlerinden Vergi Usul Kanunu esaslarına göre dağıtılabilir herhangi bir kar oluşmaması nedeniyle kar dağıtımı yapılmaması hususunun, 27 Nisan 2018 tarihinde gerçekleştirilen Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda Türk Ticaret Kanunu'nun 420. maddesi hükümleri kapsamında azlığın talebi üzerine ertelenmesi sebebiyle 8 Haziran 2018 Cuma günü yapılacak toplantıda Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
