Şirketimizin ödenmiş sermayesinin 300.000.000 Türk Lirasından 500.000.000 Türk Lirasına çıkarılması sebebiyle Şirket Esas Sözleşmesinin "Sermaye ve Paylar" başlıklı 7 nci maddesinin yeni şekline ilişkin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na yapmış olduğumuz başvuru 29 Eylül 2020 tarihinde onaylanmış olup, 13 Ekim 2020 tarihinde İstanbul Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü tarafından tescil edilmiştir.
MERSİS'ten kaynaklanan nedenlerle ilan edilen metinde madde numarası 6 olarak görünmektedir. Düzeltme için gerekli işlemler yapılacaktır.
