Bankamızın 09.10.2020 tarihli Yönetim Kurulu Kararı çerçevesinde 850.000.000 TL olan Bankamız çıkarılmış sermayesinin 2.500.000.000 TL kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde kalınarak, 750.000.000 TL nakit sermaye artırımı yapılması yoluyla, %88,23529 oranında artırılarak 1.600.000.000 TL'ye yükseltilmesine ilişkin olarak 02.12.2020 tarihinde başlayan 15 günlük yeni pay alma haklarının kullandırılması süreci 16.12.2020 tarihinde tamamlanmıştır.
Yeni pay alma haklarının kullanılmasından sonra kalan payların toplam nominal değeri 58.238,585 TL'dir.
