Yönetim Kurulu'nun bugün yapılan toplantısında;
Şirketimizin 2016 yılı faaliyetleri sonucunda,
Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Seri: II-14.1 "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" hükümleri gereğince, Kamu Gözetimi Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu (KGK) tarafından yayımlanmış TMS/TFRS hükümlerine göre, düzenlenmiş bilançosunda 720.019 TL net dönem zararı, V.U.K. hükümlerine göre düzenlenmiş yasal kayıtlarında ise 353.769 TL net dönem karı mevcuttur.
Gerek mevzuat, gerekse esas sözleşmemiz ve kar dağıtım politikamız gereği yasal kayıtlarımızda yer alan 353.769 TL net dönem karının yine yasal kayıtlarımızda yer alan 481.517 TL geçmiş yıllara ait zarara mahsup edilerek, herhangi bir kar dağıtımı yapılmaması hususunda, Genel Kurula teklifte bulunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
