II-14.1 "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" hükümleri gereğince, Kamu Gözetimi Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu (KGK) tarafından yayımlanmış TMS/TFRS hükümlerine göre, hazırlanan konsolide bilançomuzda 91.044.699 TL, net dönem karı,
V.U.K. hükümlerine göre düzenlenmiş konsolide olmayan yasal kayıtlarımızda ise
44.793.019,91
TL net dönem karı mevcuttur.
Elde olunan karın dağıtılmayarak, yasal yedekler ayrıldıktan sonra kalan tutarın olağanüstü yedeklere aktarılması hususunda Olağan Genel Kurul'a teklifte bulunulmasına
