Şirketimizin 2024 yılı hesap dönemi sonunda;
TFRS'de yer alan TMS 29 "Yüksek Enflasyonlu Ekonomilerde Finansal Raporlama" standardı gereğince hazırlanan konsolide bilançomuzda ana ortaklığa ait 57.229.220 TL net dönem karı,
V.U.K. hükümlerine göre düzenlenmiş konsolide olmayan yasal kayıtlarımızda ise vergi sonrası 43.968.751 TL net dönem karı mevcuttur.
Mevzuat, esas sözleşmemiz ve kar dağıtım politikamız gereği, şirketin geçmiş yıllar zararları bulunması nedeniyle karın geçmiş yıllar zararına mahsup edilmesine, bu nedenle de kar dağıtımı yapılmaması hususunda Genel Kurul'a teklifte bulunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
