Şirketimizin 24.04.2017 tarihinde yapılan Yönetim Kurulu Toplantısı'nda, kar dağıtımı ile ilgili olarak, 2016 Yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda Genel Kurul'a sunulacak Yönetim Kurulu önerisi müzakere edilmiş olup
Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun ("SPK") II-19.1 sayılı Kar Payı Tebliği hükümleri dâhilinde, Uluslararası Muhasebe Standartları ve Uluslararası Finansal Raporlama Standartları ile uyumlu olarak hazırlanan, bağımsız denetimden geçmiş, 01.01.2016 - 31.12.2016 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolara göre; "Ertelenmiş Vergi Gideri" ve "Dönem Vergi Gideri" birlikte dikkate alındığında,

TL tutarında "Net Dönem Karı" oluştuğu ve bu tutardan, geçmiş yıllara ait zararlar düşüldüğünde, dağıtılabilir dönem karı oluşmadığı tespit edildiğinden, kâr payı dağıtımı yapılmaması yönünde öneride bulunulmasına ve bu önerinin, 2016 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda, Genel Kurulun onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
