Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu, SPK'nın "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" (II-14.1) hükümleri dahilinde, Kamu Gözetimi, Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu ("KGK") tarafından yayınlanan Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları ("TMS") ve Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları'na ("TFRS") uygun olarak hazırlanan, sunum esasları, SPK'nın konuya ilişkin kararları uyarınca belirlenen, bağımsız denetimden geçmiş, 01.01.2018 - 31.12.2018 hesap dönemine ait konsolide finansal tablolara göre; "Ertelenmiş Vergi Gideri" ve "Dönem Vergi Gideri" birlikte dikkate alındığında, 75.736.359 TL tutarında "Net Dönem Kârı" oluştuğu; ancak, Şirket'in nakit durumu dikkate alındığında; bu tutarın, işletme sermayesi ihtiyaçları ve banka borçlarının ödenmesi için kullanılması ve bu nedenlerle, kâr payı dağıtımı yapılmaması yönündeki Yönetim Kurulu önerisinin, 2018 faaliyet yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda, Genel Kurulun onayına sunulmasına karar ver miştir .
