Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu, SPK'nın "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" (II-14.1) hükümleri dahilinde, Kamu Gözetimi, Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu ("KGK") tarafından yayınlanan Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları ("TMS") ve Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları'na ("TFRS") uygun olarak hazırlanan, sunum esasları, SPK'nın konuya ilişkin kararları uyarınca belirlenen, bağımsız denetimden geçmiş, 01.01.2019 - 31.12.2019 hesap dönemine ait konsolide finansal tablolara göre; "Ertelenmiş Vergi Gideri" ve "Dönem Vergi Gideri" birlikte dikkate alındığında, 16.144.653 TL tutarında "Net Dönem Zararı" oluştuğundan, kâr payı dağıtımı yapılmaması yönündeki Yönetim Kurulu önerisinin, 2019 faaliyet yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda, Genel Kurulun onayına sunulmasına karar vermiştir.
