Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 20 Mart 2025 tarihli kararı doğrultusunda başlatılan pay geri alım programı kapsamında;
24 Mart 2025 tarihinde Borsa İstanbul'da pay başına 4,29 TL – 4,50 TL fiyat aralığından (4,443 TL ağırlıklı ortalama) toplam 100.000 TL nominal değerli A1CAP payı şirketimiz tarafından geri alınmıştır.
Söz konusu işlemin ardından, geri alınan payların şirket sermayesine oranı %0,044 seviyesine ulaşmıştır.
