As of January 17, 2019 we declared on Public Disclosure Platform that negotiations regarding the new period of the Collective-Employment Agreement of our Company has not reached to agreement. We have been notified that the management of Wood and Paper Industry Workers' Union of Turkey (AĞAÇ-İŞ) has taken the strike decision in accordance with Law No. 6356 on March 19, 2019. The notification of strike does not mean that the strike is going to be applied. In accordance with before mentioned law, Wood and Paper Industry Workers' Union of Turkey (AĞAÇ-İŞ) upon notice to the Company prior to 6 days, may be able to actually strike after the expiration of this 6 days period of the notification.
