Şirket Yönetim Kurulu 15.03.2019 tarihli toplantısında
Şirketimizin SPK Seri:II,No:14.1 "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" çerçevesinde Türkiye Muhasebe / Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları'na (TMS / TFRS) ve Konsolide Olmayan esasına göre tespit edilen 2018 yılı net kârından 12.680.007,27 TL ve dağıtılması öngörülen diğer kaynak olarak geçmiş yıl karlarından 7.330.367,73 TL olmak üzere toplamda 20.010.375,00 TL brüt kâr payının tam mükellef kurumlara 1 TL nominal değerli beher hisseye karşılık 0,847 TL tutarında brüt %84,70 oranında ve 1 TL. nominal değerli beher hisseye karşılık 0,71995 TL. tutarında net %72,00 oranında nakit temettü dağıtılmasına, temettü ödeme tarihinin 30.09.2019 olmasına, bu konuda alınan kâr dağıtım önerisinin 08.04.2019 tarihinde yapılacak Genel Kurulun tasviplerine sunulmasına,karar verilmiştir.
