Adel Commerce and Industry Inc., representing Wood and Paper Industry Employers' Association with Turkey Wood and Paper Industry Workers Union in the negotiations on the agreement on 24.04.2019 for the new period of the Collective Agreement Negotiations, which ended on 31.08.2018 resulted in according to the minutes of the agreement prepared;
1. The Collective Agreement Negotiations shall be effective for the period 01.09.2018 - 31.08.2020.
2. The following shall be applied to the gross wages of trade union member personnel.
24.62% on average wages for the first 6 months
The rate of increase in the consumer price index (inflation) published by TÜİK between 01.09.2018-28.02.2019, valid from the date of 01.03.2019 for the second 6 months,
Consumer price index (inflation) to increase by +2 points between 01.03.2019-31.08.2019 to be published by TÜİK, effective from 01.09.2019 for the first 6 months,
For the second 6 months, effective from 01.03.2020, there will be an increase in the consumer price index (inflation) between 01.09.2019-28.02.2020 to be published by TÜİK.
3. The following increases shall be applied in social assistance.
In the first year, an average increase of 28.80% was made to social assistance.
In the second year, the increase in the consumer price index (inflation) will be increased between 01.09.2018-31.08.2019.
