Our company has decided to enter into a commercial collaboration with Ottonya Innovation Studios and Foreign Trade Inc., which operates in Turkey, regarding the sales of licensed stationery products by The Walt Disney Company, including Disney (Frozen, Cars, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Lilo & Stitch) and Marvel (Spiderman, Avengers, Captain America, Iron Man) characters. Accordingly product groups to be distributed through the agreed sales distribution channels by Adel Kalemcilik under this collaboration are school bags, pencil cases, lunch boxes, water bottles, hair accessories, watches, umbrellas and other stationery products.

Similar product groups are already part of our company's portfolio, and in terms of the business model, the Disney and Marvel licensed products are evaluated as "new products."
