oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Şirketimizin 27.11.2025 tarihli özel durum açıklamasında, borçlanma aracı ihracına ilişkin izin başvurusu kapsamında, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na ("SPK") ihraç belgesinin/belgelerinin onaylanması talebiyle başvuru yapıldığı belirtilmişti. Söz konusu başvurunun SPK tarafından onaylandığı 30.12.2025 tarihli SPK Bülteninde duyurulmuştur. Söz konusu İhraç Belgesi ve Başvuru Formu ekte sunulmuştur.		In our material disclosure dated November 27, 2025, it was stated that an application had been submitted to the Capital Markets Board ("CMB") requesting the approval of the issuance certificate(s) as part of the authorization process for the debt instrument issuance. The approval of this application was announced in the CMB Bulletin dated December 30, 2025. The Issuance Certificate and Application Form are attached herewith.
