In the General Assembly meeting of Adel Kalemcilik on 15 April 2026, it was resolved to appoint PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. as the independent audit firm for the audit of the financial reports for the fiscal year 2026, including the mandatory assurance audit for the year 2026 within the scope of the Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards (TSRS) which entered into force with the amendment of the legislation.
