In line with the decision of our Company's Board of Directors dated 06.08.2024;
On the lands located in Manisa Province, Şehzadeler District, Yarhasanlar District, 931 Island 13 Parcel and 933 Island 8 Plot, which are in our company's portfolio; For the development of the project, which includes 852 independent sections, including a total of 828 residences and 24 workplaces, the "Promise of Sale and Construction Agreement in Exchange for Flats" dated 06.08.2024 was signed with Noran Yapı ve İnşaat Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi.
Within the scope of the contract in question; At the end of the project, 367 residences and 391 independent sections, including 24 workplaces, will be received by our Company, including the Şehzadeler 1 and Şehzadeler 2 projects.
In the "Promise of Sale and Construction Contract in Exchange for Flat" regarding the project, the completion period of the project is determined as 48 months from the receipt of the construction permit.
Within the scope of the seventh paragraph of Article 23 of the Special Circumstances Communiqué (II-15.1); Developments and, if any, changes regarding the transactions subject to this special situation disclosure will be constantly updated and announced to the public.
