At our company's meeting dated 10.12.2024 and numbered 2024-34, it was decided to accept the resignation of Ms. Zeynep ÇETİN, who serves as Investor Relations Manager and Corporate Governance Committee Member, as of 10.12.2024.

Serving as Investor Relations Department Manager in our company, Mr. Zeynep ÇETİN resigned from her duties as Investor Relations Department Manager and Corporate Governance Committee Member as of 10.12.2024.

The public will also be informed when a new appointment is made to fulfill the duties specified in Article 11 titled "Investor Relations Section" of the Capital Markets Board's Corporate Governance Communiqué numbered II-17.1.
