The application for the conversion of the B-class shares with a nominal value of 45,000,000 TL, held by one of our shareholders, Adra Holding A.Ş., in the issued capital of our Company, into publicly tradable shares on the stock exchange, as disclosed in our material event announcement dated 15.10.2025 ( https://www.kap.org.tr/tr/Bildirim/1504815 ), has been approved by the Capital Markets Board with its decision dated November 25,2025, and numbered 61/2178
