Due to the capital increase carried out as a result of the merger between our Company and Anadolu Gayrimenkul Yatırım A.Ş., the amendments made to Article 8 of our Company's Articles of Association were approved as presented at the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting held on 28 December 2025 and were registered on 29 December 2025, thereby entering into force.
